Day Retreat

Whatever your relationship is with where you’ve come from, your roots run deep. We have all been birthed from the womb, carried forward by the lineage of mothers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers who came before us. Their love, resilience and wisdom live within us, but so too can the pain, the unspoken grief, the outdated narratives of what it means to be a woman.

We inherit more than just physical traits,  we carry the imprints of our lineage in our blood, bones and womb. Generations of silenced stories, suppressed power, and ancestral trauma can shape us in ways we never chose. But we are the ones who can break the cycle. We are the way-changers.

SHE WHO HEALS THE LINEAGE is an invitation to step into sacred reclamation, to honor your roots, release what no longer serves you and redefine womanhood on your own terms.

Through deep healing, ancestral connection and womb wisdom, you will create space for your own inner truth to emerge.

This is your time. This is your lineage to heal.

This day retreat is open to all who identify as women and feel called to this work. Whether you have a physical womb or not, you carry the wisdom and energetics of the womb space within you. This retreat will support you in deepening your connection to your inner womb energy, ancestral lineage and feminine power, regardless of your physical experience.

She Who Heals the Lineage
A Sacred Day of Feminine Healing, Ancestral Connection & Womb Wisdom

✔ Release inherited patterns and wounds held in the womb.
✔ Reconnect with our female lineage through guided shamanic journeying.
✔ Receive the sacred Rites of the Womb and a Water Blessing.
✔ Gather around the fire for nourishment and connection.

This is a small, intimate retreat for 12 women ready to step into their feminine power.

The Rites of the Womb

Honoring the Lineage of Healing

During the Retreat, we will explore the Rites of the Womb. The 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki ,  a sacred ritual that is rooted in ancient wisdom and has been passed down through generations. While these rites originate in the Andean tradition of the Q'ero people, we honor and share them with the deepest of respect, acknowledging their power to heal and empower women across cultures and lineages.

Receiving these rites can help us to connect to the sacred feminine within, clearing emotional and energetic blockages that may be carried within our wombs and opens us up to the healing power of our own creative energy.

As we create space to heal our own lineage, each woman’s transformation ripples outward, mending the threads of her past, her present and her future generations.

Meet Your Facilitators

Rosi Withers

Rosi Withers holds spaces of peace, reflection and observation; providing serenity and nurturing self compassion whilst embracing and acknowledging the chaos and calm of our beautiful, wild human experience.

She is a mother of 2 and a daughter who has, like many of us, wrestled with deep rooted mother wounds. By meeting these wounds through eco-therapy and ceremony practices, she has built an understanding of how deeply these ancestral roots can affect our day-to-day, and how important it is to reclaim our lineage.

After leaning into sacred space and ritual, she finds her balance and strength through community, a deep connection with nature and finding her song.

By using voice and song as medicine, she provides a backdrop for connection with self, connection with our human experience and connection with holy space.

Rosi runs monthly Cacao and Meditation Circles, as well as seasonal Women's Circles held in a 22 day container both online and in person. (Gather The Women, the 3 Aspects)

Lisa Reynolds - Roots to Healing

Lisa holds sacred spaces for deep connection—to self, the unseen and the natural world. Her own healing journey began after years of undiagnosed endometriosis, leading to a hysterectomy at 36. This profound experience sparked a deeper exploration of feminine wisdom, ancestral healing and the sacred rhythms of nature—revealing how everything is intricately connected and that the power to heal already exists within each of us.

Walking the path of a modern-day medicine woman, Lisa weaves together mindful nature connection, inner journeying and sacred spaces. Guided by  her deep intuition and trust in the unseen, she creates a space where others can soften, reconnect and remember the parts of themselves that may have been forgotten, allowing them to return to a place of wholeness.

The Venue

Our carefully chosen venue set in the grounds of a private estate nestled in ancient woodland between Ipswich and Colchester.

The Secret location boosts a good sized indoor space - a converted barn, offering a unique setting with cosy rugs and a wood burner.

Every detail about this space, from the sacred altar in which we will gather around, to the food selection, will be carefully  considered by Lisa & Rosi, infusing  everything with their love and blessings.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for women who feel called to womb healing, ancestral connection, and reclaiming their feminine power. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart.

Where is the retreat held?
The retreat takes place in the grounds of a private residence nestled in ancient woodland between Ipswich and Colchester. During the day, you'll have access to the beautiful woodland and a cozy indoor space with a log-burning fire, rugs and blankets. Chairs are available for those who prefer not to sit on the floor. The exact location will be shared upon booking. Feel free to bring anything that makes you comfortable.

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

A Cacao Ceremony is a sacred ritual using pure, ceremonial-grade cacao to support heart-opening, deep connection and inner healing. It enhances intuition, emotional release and allows us to drop deeper into meditation, helping you connect with your womb and ancestral wisdom.

The cacao we serve is ethically sourced and prepared with intention and reverence. While cacao is a gentle plant medicine, it does contain natural stimulants, so if you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant, or on certain medications, you may choose to have an optional herbal tea instead.

This is your journey—you are always welcome to listen to your body and choose what feels right for you on the day.

What is the Rite of the Womb?

The Rite of the Womb is part of the Munay-Ki, a sacred healing tradition taught by the Q'ero people, an indigenous group from the high Andes in Peru. The 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki focuses on healing the feminine energy, particularly the womb space, by clearing emotional and energetic blockages. It helps release past trauma, such as reproductive challenges, sexual trauma, or emotional wounds. This powerful rite empowers women to reconnect with their divine feminine energy, reclaim their inner strength, and experience spiritual rebirth and transformation.

I’ve had a hysterectomy, can I still join and receive the rites of the womb?
Absolutely. The womb is not just a physical organ, it is an energetic and spiritual center of deep wisdom, creativity and connection. Even if you no longer have a physical womb, you still carry its energy.

What should I bring?
