Join Lisa in Ceremony for our 'Sacred Gatherings', where a sanctuary is created around a sacred altar, making space for self-reflection, spiritual growth, and meaningful connections to occur. This monthly event invites you to deepen your connection to the plant medicine of the heart, 'Mama Cacao.'  

Cacao will be served as a ceremonial dose, acting as a powerful heart-opening elixir. Her medicine activates the body's natural ability to release feel good hormones, acting as a mood enhancer. 

The invitation is to journey inwards, creating time and space to access the depths of your soul, enhance your intuition and connection to all that is. 

The ceremony also includes channelled messages, activations, guided Shamanic Journeys, rituals, and sharing circles, all designed to support your spiritual growth. We encourage you to bring any personal items to place on the Sacred Altar, as well as anything that will ensure your comfort, such as cushions and blankets. Don’t forget to bring a journal, and arrive with an open heart and mind.

Join us every Thursday morning at The Cross Keys in Henley for a warm and welcoming Community Gathering. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’ll be welcomed by a group of like-minded kindred spirits.

Our relaxing morning is filled with mindful practices, sharing circles, guided meditations, plus other wellbeing practices that support and nurture your Mind, Body & Soul. 

Your Hosts:

Medicine Woman Lisa Reynolds (Roots to Healing) hosts alternative weeks with Dynamic Duo, 

Katherine Cresswell (Wellbeing Coach) and Shamanic Practitioner, Yvonne Mouncer. So whatever week you attend, you’re always be in good hands.

What to Bring:

To ensure your comfortable throughout the morning, please bring anything that will help you relax. Chairs are available if you prefer but alternatively bring a mat, cushion, and blanket to make yourself comfortable on the floor.

You may also like to bring a journal and pen to capture any insights or reflections that arise. 

Please note: that children who can be safely unsupervised in the neighboring rooms are welcome at your discretion, ensuring this time remains undisturbed for you.
