Why is Self-Awareness so important?

Being self-aware allows us to improve the quality of our lives just by being aware of how external factors can influence us, we can then choose to respond to life, rather than react to it.

During the Awakening self programme we bring conscious awareness to our thoughts and feelings.

We will explore and challenge the parts of ourselves that have been programmed into our subconscious for years and cause us to keep repeating the same habitual patterns that may be holding us back and preventing us from reaching our full potential.

This deep dive course will take you on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening.

Who is this course for?

Who is this course for? Women over the age of 16 who wants to…

Improve their self-awareness and personal development.
Learn to trust themselves and their inner guidance system (your intuition).
Become aware of your own thoughts, feelings and actions and how they influence how you interact and respond to external influences from our past, present and future.
Become aware of our own personal values and belief systems and identify any outdated and limiting beliefs.
Develop practices to help regulate your nervous system that will help reduce the physical symptoms of stress or anxiety, thus promoting natural healing to occur in the body and mind
Explore our inner child (we all have one) and discover how to bring her more joy and happiness.
Exploration of shadow work and learn how to love and accept all parts of yourself
Learn how to set goals and manifest your dreams into reality
Feel empowered and supported by other women
Learn new tools to your own 'self-help' tool kit such as breathwork, meditation, (EFT)Emotional Freedom Technique, Mindfulness, journalling, visualisation, rituals and much more

Over the 6 weeks we will

Meet once a week (via Zoom) where we will check in with each other and have a chance to discuss what’s happening for you. No question…is ever a silly question, because in order to grow we need to be curious about life. Collectively we all have so much wisdom to share.

During the weekly session you will experience, meditations, visualizations and exercises that will help you to become more aware of your internal worlds, allowing you to access your higher levels of consciousness that can help unlock deeper awareness.

This programme is a commitment to yourself. To get the most out of the weekly sessions you will be offered suggestions and practices that you will find in the course workbook. You will be invited to do these in your own time to help deepen your journey to awakening self. The more you are willing to invest in yourself the greater your personal growth.

The sessions are facilitated by myself - Lisa Reynolds via Zoom video.

I will create the safe container where you will have a chance to be seen, heard and have a voice within a group of like-minded women.

Between our weekly sessions you will have access to a private WhatsApp group.
