A shamanic healing starts with an initial check in to find out what your symptoms are, where you may be experiencing blocks in your life and help you get clear on what you would like from the session. Whenever we experience trauma, a part of our soul separates from us in order to survive the experience and escape the pain. We survive the experience, but parts of our soul may become lost, fragmented and hidden from us. Some people may experience this as a sense of not feeling fully present in their body. They may become dissociated with life and experience a deep sense of not feeling whole, struggling to recognise themselves and not able to move forward, feeling stuck or lost.

What should I wear to my session?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax and provides easy access for hands-on healing.
How should I prepare for my session?
There’s no special preparation needed. Approach the session with an open heart and curious mind. Be clear about your intentions and allow yourself to be present during the process.
How long does the session last?
Sessions typically last around 90 minutes-2 hours, depending on your needs. Please allow up to 2-3 hours in total, including time for integration afterward. It is not ideal to jump straight back into work or caregiving roles, so please allow yourself time to fully absorb the healing.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions can be conducted either while seated in a chair, lying on a therapy bed, or sometimes standing, depending on your comfort and the needs of the session. You may be asked to take an active part in the session, such as standing or moving, to facilitate the healing process.
How will I feel after the session?
Many people report feeling lighter, more empowered, and clear-headed following a session. This often comes with a renewed sense of motivation and insight. It's not uncommon to experience temporary emotional or physical reactions as your body and mind adjust to the changes. To support this process, it's important to stay hydrated and give yourself time to integrate the new insights and shifts.
Can I continue with my regular medical treatments?
Yes, Shamanic healing practices are complementary to conventional medical treatments. You can continue with any prescribed medications and therapies. Please consult with your healthcare provider before making any sudden changes to your current treatment plan.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
