Rewilding

Rewilding Retreats

What is ReWilding

Rewilding is a way to nurture and enhance that sacred connection that we have with ourselves allowing us to return to our own natural rhythms and cycles.

ReWilding retreats are held quarterly at the turn of every season around the spring and autumn equinox and the summer and winter solstice.

These pivotal moments in the natural calendar offer an ideal opportunity to ReWild and reconnect with the rhythms of nature. As the Earth transitions from one season to the next, we too can embrace change, letting go of what no longer serves us and welcoming in new energy and growth.

What to expect

Our journey starts as soon as we leave the carpark and walk a short distance into the magical private woodland. Leaving behind our fast paced lives we begin to slow down and immerse ourselves into what mother natures playground has to offers us, remembering the ancient ways of our ancestors.

Each season, the woodland looks and feels different, bringing with it an opportunity to reflect on our own inner seasons and the changes we go through. You will be supported and held by facilitator Lisa Reynolds who will create a safe space in which to explore and reconnect to yourself though a use of practices and rituals, allowing you to release and rediscover parts of self that are out of alignment.

Weaving together a mixture of Forest Bathing, Mindfulness and Shamanic practices you will be guided to tap into that primal energy that resides deep within you, awakening and stirring an inner remembrance of who you truly are beneath the social conditioning and stories.

This is a unique experience that will allow you to immerse yourself in nature, bringing a sense of connection, peace and harmony along with opportunities for healing and personal growth.

Nature does not discriminate against our differences, and all are welcome to join the ReWilding retreats. We ask that you come with an open heart and mind, ready to explore your own edges.

Autumn Rewilding 2022

It was an amazing experience which I have never done anything like this before. Lisa puts you at ease and understood how I was feeling. It was great to be among other women who are also struggling with life and need to make time for themselves. My whole body felt like it shifted when I did the breathing exercises and felt I had let go of things that I needed to that were holding me back. It has

Nature Mandala from Autumn 2022

I had an experience of lifetime. Being around people with the same purpose and being able to reconnect with the nature guided by Lisa was something that I’m definitely doing again.

I was able to relax, release stagnant energy, get creative in nature & get more clarity on questions I wanted answered. A lovely weekend working with the elements & eating Lisa’s delicious home-cooked food round the fire. Lisa intuitively knew how to work with the energies allowing the best healing & outcomes for all. I felt very safe in Lisa’s energy & loved being free in the woods with a stron

Dancing in the Woods - Connecting to our inner child

The Rewilding -  was so special. Lisa is so gifted at what she does, and her warm inviting presence really made the day what it was. Creating a space to listen to nature allowed me to really get in touch with myself, and be among nature in a safe, guided space. I would recommend to anyone interested in connecting with themselves.

For me the best part was gathering around the fire to make the promises to ourselves. Lisa created a great space for self reflection
