Set in a private woodland on the outskirts of Ipswich, Lisa welcomes you for a 2 hour Forest Bathing Experience. Held on the first Saturday of the month, all year round.
As we begin our journey along the winding path, Lisa will gently guide you on a short walk through nature, inviting you to notice the micro and macro details of our natural environment. As you slowly tune into your own inner and outer landscapes, you will feel the daily stresses of life start to fall away, allowing you to arrive fully in the present moment.
Lisa will invite you to carry out a series of mindful based, therapeutic practices along the way to aid relaxation.
As you become immersed in nature, exploring the woodland you will tune into your senses and discover, with childlike curiosity, the wonders of the natural world and receive Mother Natures medicine.
