Forest bathing was first developed in Japan in the 1980s. There have been many studies that have proven that spending time in nature to help reduce stress hormones and has many benefits to our overall health and wellbeing. Lisa will guide you on a mindful walk helping you to connect with yourself through breathing techniques and mindful exercises that really help you to become one with nature using all your senses.
